The Highland City Justice Center is located at 5400 W. Civic Center Drive, Suite 4 in Highland, immediately south of City Hall. Court is typically in session on Thursdays at 9:00 AM. The Court Clerk is in the office Monday through Thursday, 9:00AM - 1:00PM and Fridays from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. A Court Cashier is also available to take citation payments Monday - Thursday from 1:00-6:00PM at City Hall. More information about payment methods is available on the Paying Fines page.
